We start you off at a competitive salary, and as you have your evaluations, the system will provide you with what your raises will be. We have what’s called an accelerated incentive path. As a project manager, if you are invoicing an average of $78,500 in months 4, 5 and 6 with a grade of 95 or better and profit at 30% or better, that will trigger an automatic increase in salary.

Additionally, you are eligible for a salary increase every 6 months. Where else can you have the confidence to know that if you are performing well you will get compensated for it?


Here are just a few things we offer with employment:

  • You will be allowed $100 per month and up to $1,200 per year for maintenance on a personal vehicle
  • All gas used for work will be paid by a Nashville Renovators company gas card.
  • 7 days paid vacation (scaled), plus holidays, plus needed sick days.
  • Counseling rebate of 80% of your counseling visit, up to $2,000 a year. Counselor must be a licensed
    professional. We value our employees taking time to work on themselves.

Answer: At Nashville Renovators, we value time off, so the answer is no The normal working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. You may have to take a phone call or something occasionally, but we try to give you this time to spend with your family or to just get a break from the work environment.
